Summary: I would recommend RXNT to teams who can afford time for training after implementation. The product is very good, but much customer service is needed to maximize the potential.
Positive: I liked the immediate response that was provided by the customer service team. The user interface required several layers of support and every time, the team was amazing in their detailed and quick response.
Negative: The complexity of the user interface created an increased learning curve. As a result, time was lost waiting for direction from the outstanding customer service team.
