Summary: So far we have really enjoyed the software and would recommend this product to any college mailroom.
Positive: The customer support is amazing, very quick response time and very professional. The Parcel Tracker team worked with us to meet our needs and are incredibly friendly. The app is smooth and captures information with ease. Students love the QR code and we are receiving very positive feedback from students and staff.

Summary: Wonderful app that provides quick and easy logging of mail and packages. Web-based admin control panel is great for tracking stats.
Positive: This app saves us so much time with checking mail in and out! I love that it works from my phone and will pull up the recipient automatically from a pic of the label.
Negative: Sometimes the app freezes up when running on older phones.

Summary: As detailed above, Parcel Tracker is an easy to use solution and one which I would recommend to anyone. It was a smooth installation and set up and following go-live we have had much the same experience. Would recommend to any PBSA providers.
Positive: The system is very easy to use in both the mobile application and web based formats. Being an administrator, my use is predominantly the web based format and I find it to be useful when troubleshooting any issues.
When I check in with site, I often get feedback of how it is easy to use. We rarely hear of any frustrations from their side. If we do have issues, the support team are more than willing to help. They are prompt and attentive to any problems we may be facing. This has not been frequent, but when required has been most helpful.Negative: When we do hear frustrations, these are often related to the connection between devices. We had issues following a recent update but the team were most helpful in resolving these.

In comparison to other Parcel Delivery Companies, Parcel Tracker is very competitive on price.Positive: Easy to use from a any phone.
Training modules/guides were easy to follow.
Tech support is readily available, however pleased that we have only called upon this once in just over a year.Negative: No obvious cons.

Positive: How easy and intuitive it is to use, as well as how easy it is to make modifications. Package management is much simpler, faster, and more precise than with the system we had before.
We're saving a lot of time that we can dedicate to other tasks. We've also reduced the number of package incidents by making it easier to control and audit when necessary.Negative: The first installation required some extra work since we used another system for many years and a lot of data had to be transferred. Summary: Very satisfied with the overall set up and support we have received. Initially staff were resistant to change, but the efficiency of Parcel Tracker has meant that everyone is fully on board and we are very pleased with all the new processes.
Positive: Parcel Tracker has made processing student and staff deliveries much quicker and has reduced the number of errors significantly. It enables us to track parcels through our delivery process and provides much clearer information for our staff and students. It allows us to utilise our storage space much more effectively.
Negative: Occasional IT issues but these have been resolved very quickly and the support has been great.
