    Summary: This ELD provides very bad service, never pickup calls for the help and never came back with the solution ever.

    Positive: N/A.

    Negative: This elog puts automatically in drive even when the driver is off duty status at home and there operations department have to answers and no solutions on it very bad service and not recommended

    Summary: Poor, will not recommend to any body, they update without properly testing and that we have to tell them issue and they just temporarily fix, so we are doing QA on their app.

    Positive: Just cheap, while driving hang, customer service is getting paid by hour but they don’t care to fix the issue while we are on road.

    Negative: Always hang and customer service take 1 hour always to resolve, not worth it.
