Summary: It is a very able protection software at a very reasonable price. I don't know any other option of the market that offers so much at this cost.
Positive: It is very easy to use, you set it up and forget about it, but you know you are protected. Sometimes antiviruses give you a lot of headaches but this is not the case with Heimdal.
Negative: At first it took me a bit to know the different parts of the software.

Positive: This product builds confidence. We use this product combined with ESET Internet Security and we have had zero successful intrusion events over the past 8 years.

Summary: Excellent experience so far. I have been recommending Heimdal to people for years now. Shame I wasn't signed up as an affiliate.
Positive: I've tested virtually every cyber security package available with varying results. I was one day recommended Heimdal by my bank and since banks rely on security to stay in business I tried it and I've never looked back.
I once make a mistake with my license details and the support team resolved my issue immediately. They not only seem high on security but also high on customer support.
The protection not only covers interactions that you make on your computer online, but it also updates other software packages automatically, so you are not running applications that may become vunerable.
Pricing is very reasonable for multiple machines. Especially, if you get an offer code sent to you. I am sure they are willing to share a code with you if you wanted to test drive their solution for the first time.Negative: If you use common sense then there are no cons that I am aware of.

Summary: During Lockdown, we evaluated our entire Security Stack.
We installed different AV products onto a Virtual Machine and tried to infect them with Ransomware. Heimdal blocked everything.Positive: Has never failed us, touch wood!
Our testing showed Heimdal to be better than other more well known products.
3rd Party patching, DNS scanning this is much more than AV.Negative: There is no Connectwise integration so we can't automatically sync customer agreements.

Positive: Really good support, and it's working as promised. The impact on our PC's is minimum and the users don't even know, the program is installed. We have the whole package from Heimdal, and can't complain about anything.

Summary: We have been using Heimdal for several years now, and have added on different modules as they became available. The support team are extremely helpful and respond within a short space of time. Heimdal is a product that I trust, it is constantly updating and adapting to the current threat levels.
Positive: Very easy to configure and install the product.
Additional modules can be added on at a later date with the click of a button.
Works silently in the background, the end user is not aware of it's existence.
Fantastic support that get back to you within minutes.
Constantly updating and adapting the product to protect against the latest threats.Negative: The new ransomware module initially picked up several false positives but the latest release addressed this issue.

Summary: Other than the occasional issue with blocking legitimate sites, it's very good security and protection on all user levels.
Positive: Easy to use and understand, pretty thorough in blocking threats and malware. The dashboard is easy to navigate and understand. Installation and updates are simple and straightforward.
Negative: Sometimes it's a little too aggressive, and blocks sites and activity that is legitimate and safe. The unblocking process is time consuming - having to email support each time, and should not be so complicated.
