Summary: Overall the experience was very nice, the AI agent feature was too good to be true and its helped me grow my business drastically.
Positive: In this application the AI agent is very nice and it helped me cut my sales team into half. The application also includes features like integration which helps me do all the texting in a single inbox which is very good for handling more clients
Negative: The UI/UX could be more better in terms of plugin integration while integrating a third part application .

Summary: Our customers are doing a lot of chatting as opposed to emailing. Chatboq also simplifies the process of posing simple question without necessarily leaving the site.
Positive: Our website traffic continued to grow and we therefore required an improved means of handling customer questions. Chatboq increased the scaling of our support process without recruiting new employees.
Negative: Filtering conversations is good, although more filtering options should be added to allow the teams to deal with high number of chats in a given time.

Summary: Overall as the regular user of the product, I am satisfied with Chatboq and it's feature such as AI auto response and sentiment detection of customers has helped to keep customer happy and grow the business.
Positive: The platform is functional and has proved quite stable since we began using it. The chatboq loads fast and the conversations are immediately displayed in the agent dashboard where the agent can response right away.
Negative: New chat mobile notifications tend to be useful though at times they seem to be inconsistent according to the device but I'm sure the Chatboq is already working on it.
