    Summary: My past experience has been good. I would like to hear from someone about the money they owe me. I checked the system yesterday and it is still not working.

    Positive: I can't think of any right now. Maybe if I receive a credit to my account, i could write something positive.

    Negative: I have used Sircon for many years and have had success, however, in the last 2 months I have tried to print several licenses. I am able to get to the payment screen and enter all of my information. I click "continue" and it tells me there is a URL error. I have talked to my in-house technical support. They checked to see if it was on our side that the error was occurring. It is on Sircon's side. I contacted Sircon, was unable to speak to a manager. I spoke to the service rep, he talked to the manager (I guess). He came back on the line and told me they were aware of the problem, and I would receive an over $600 credit back. After 3 weeks I still do not have any credits on my account. Now I have to call every state to get a copy of the license.

    Summary: Miserable. I am complaining loudly to the Calif Dept of Insurance. Sircon is clearly not-ready-for-prime-time. They need to put money into their coding and actually hire professional customer service staff to deliver actual customer service. It is readily apparent that they do not consider end users as customers and only view the State of CA as a customer. End users seem to be afterthoughts.

    Positive: There is nothing I found useful in my experience with Sircon. The State of CA is likely their largest client and they are clearly in over their heads with no idea how to spell "customer service" much less deliver it.

    Negative: Account creation - 1 the system requires a response to an activation email sent from email. Except they don't send it forcing you to repeat the process over and over and over. 2 They require separate accounts for Business Entities and for Individual licensees making it very confusing as you're applying. 3 AFTER you've finally gotten thru their account creation process and are about to login, they ask for an ACCT ID number that was NEVER MENTIONED NOR GIVEN in the creation process, making you again search for information that should be readily available.

    Customer Svc - there is NO CUSTOMER SVC, only FAQ's. No published phone, no published email. I had to contact the Calif Dept of Ins to find ANY contact information for Sircon.

    Summary: I have added an addition line of authority (My health insurance license) back on October 28th. My pre-education requirements, state exam and application to get approved were all done and taken care of. On December 1st they closed my application because they "didn't have my pre-education requirements" when it clearly states on Sircon they received it well before. There 1 agent in customer service is the most ignorant and disrespectful person EVER, the prices are insane on top of that. Not only have i been waiting and fighting with the agent for 2.5 months just to tell me what's going on but i have spent so much money on this.

    Positive: Nothing LOL. its terrible just terrible.
    its also stupid that you need 100 characters minimum LOL...

    Negative: Everything.
    Customer service? There is none and the only 1 who answers the phones is the most ignorant and disrespectful person ever doesn't even give you a chance to say hi just keeps asking to pay another $50 won't mention what it's for though. these people are scammers and the company itself is TERRIBLE.
