Solid and reliable Date: Sep 02 2025
Summary: A great choice if you want a secure, privacy-focused password manager, but importing could be improved
Positive: Proton Pass is a solid and reliable password manager. It’s fast, secure, and the interface is clean and easy to use. I really like the peace of mind that comes with Proton’s focus on privacy and security.
Negative: The only downside I’ve found is that importing passwords from other password managers doesn’t always work smoothly.

Highly recommended. Edited: Jul 09 2025
Summary: Proton Pass for Business is a strong contender in the enterprise password management space, especially for organizations that prioritize privacy, security, and ethical data practices.
Positive: We've been using Proton Pass for Business across our organization, and it's been a game-changer for how we manage credentials and sensitive data. From day one, the onboarding process was smooth, and the intuitive interface made it easy for our team to adopt with minimal training.
What really sets Proton Pass apart is its commitment to privacy and security—built on the same foundation of trust that Proton is known for. End-to-end encryption ensures that only our team has access to our data, and the zero-access architecture gives us peace of mind that even Proton can’t see our stored information.
The team management features are excellent: we can easily control access levels, manage permissions, and monitor usage across the organization. This level of administrative control is essential for compliance and internal security audits.
Integration with other Proton services, like Proton Mail and Proton Drive, creates a powerful ecosystem for secure collaboration. Plus, the autofill capabilities, password generator, and secure sharing features make day-to-day work more efficient.
If you're looking for a reliable, privacy-first password manager for your business, Proton Pass is an outstanding choice. It combines usability, top-tier encryption, and the ethical commitment to privacy that modern businesses need.Negative: No Support for Emergency Access (Yet)

One feature that’s missing — especially for businesses — is emergency or delegated access in case an admin or employee is unavailable. This could pose challenges in crisis situations.Proton Pass Company Response -

Proton Pass password manager Date: Sep 02 2025
Summary: Absolutely worth. They work hard to improve everything and support is strong. You are helping privacy in this world, and that's also a strong point.
Positive: From a user point of view has everything you need. Easy to use, syncable etc. A user shouldn't need more from a password manager.
Negative: From an admin point of view. It needs to add more features for business. For example differentiate between company and user settings. Having a separate console/view to manage everything for the business will be great. Be able to view /manage all vaults in the company.
