Summary: I’ve been building digital workflows for over 10 years across multiple platforms, and Process Street consistently outperforms them all. In the five years I’ve been using it, they’ve continued to roll out new products and features that expand functionality and improve performance. The ability to see analytics on processes and monitor day-to-day operations in a meaningful way is incredibly powerful. I’ve recommended Process Street to many clients because a business without process isn’t scalable or as valuable. This tool is truly a game changer.

- Depth of functionality is unmatched: native Forms, Pages (for docs/how-tos), advanced conditional logic (AND/OR), code tasks, AI tasks, and more!
- Native integrations with Google Workspace, DocuSign, Slack, etc. For anything not built-in, Zapier, Power Automate, and Make connect easily to outside tools, extending functionality even further.Negative: With so many powerful features, building out processes takes time and effort. Most teams benefit from hiring an expert to guide the initial setup so they can hit the ground running. While Data Sets are an excellent feature, they’re still somewhat limited — you can push in larger imports from outside systems, but automatically updating or overwriting values isn’t possible yet. It’s a feature gap worth noting, though one that will likely improve with future development.

Workflow Management Made Easy Date: Sep 26 2025
Summary: I've enjoyed using Process Street and have found it to be an extremely useful and valuable tool. It has many use cases and honestly I think it is one of the best tools on the market for what it does. If you need a process management tool that also helps you stay compliant and optimize work, Process Street is the answer.
Positive: Process Street has many useful features to streamline workflow management across teams. The ease of building workflows is a huge plus (it's all drag and drop), but then the addition of AI tasks and Code Tasks for more complex requirements has been a game changer. Also the fact it has an open API is amazing, and makes integrating between other tools easy, especially with the native integrations they already have built out. Another aspect I love about Process Street is the ability to have guest users - this makes it super convenient when needing to bring someone external in to a process, while maintaining high visibility into the work getting done, and tracking everything together in one spot.
Negative: I wish their native reports were a little more robust, but that being said, you are able to connect your data to 3rd party BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau, so doing that I can create all the types of reports I would need. So while it would be nice if it was a native aspect, it's not a huge issue because there is a relatively easy solution.

Summary: This has made a huge difference in my business, and I can't recommend it highly enough if you're in an industry where compliance and customer service is important. I also use it to track my month/quarter/year end tasks as well, so I actually can't think of an industry that it wouldn't work well in!
Positive: Love how it keeps me compliant and offering the best service possible to my clients by ensuring I never miss a step. The integrations and automations mean that when there's data to track I can send it externally and it happens like magic! (Except I know how it's done...)
Easy to set up a simple workflow and develop it as you get more confident with the various functionalities.
Just brilliant!Negative: I genuinely can't think of anything because it just works so well, and the team are always working on new things so I'm often finding new ways to work with it!

Powerful Workflow Engine, Customer-Facing Forms Need Work Date: Sep 30 2025
Summary: Process Street solved our operational headaches by standardizing customer intake and automating internal workflows. The testimonial system transformed an awkward ask into a simple questionnaire with AI-generated output. Great for team handoffs and consistent quality. While workflow functionality is excellent, the platform would be significantly better if forms matched workflow capabilities.
Positive: Process Street shines at creating layered workflows with hierarchical task assignments. We've built customer intake forms that trigger internal workflows and branch into user tasks - nothing falls through the cracks. Perfect for documenting infrequent processes so you never ask "how did we do this last time?" Our AI testimonial wizard collects client feedback and auto-generates polished testimonials. Intuitive interface made implementation easy for both internal and personal use.
Negative: Customer-facing forms lack the robust functionality of workflows - the feature disparity is frustrating. AI tasks work in workflows but not forms, forcing a choice between better UX and powerful features. Forms are significantly more basic than expected given workflow capabilities.
