Summary: Overall, we have been using OnlyOffice for a couple of years and have had a great experience using it. The client support is excellent. The business plans are cost-effective.

Positive: OnlyOffice is our go-to document management tool. It's easy to use has an intuitive user interface and supports integration with our existing tools. Has cross-platform support. The deployment process of the on-premises version was easy.

Negative: On a few occasions, it takes an unusual time for file synchronization.

Summary: I highly suggest ONLYOFFICE for every small and mid-sized enterprise. It helps us to streamline our document management process. It is easy to use and does its job very well.

Positive: I have found ONLYOFFICE's user interface to be super intuitive. The templates it offers for charts and graphs are great. Easy to share documents within the team. Offers me the flexibility to access the dashboard from any of my devices including mobile devices, and any web browsers.

Negative: I had an excellent experience, no major cons to share.

Summary: The best thing I like about ONLYOFFICE is its usability. Even a beginner can onboard after taking a few tutorials. Overall, it helps to handle my job pretty well.

Negative: The auto-save feature is slow. It takes time in the file drafting process.

Summary: In multiple use cases, the ONLYOFFICE performs exceptionally. Its UI is clean with a great color combination. It has multiple team collaboration options. Overall, it's a great tool.

Positive: I like the flexibility of ONLYOFFICE that you can add any format of documents to edit and convert into another format. The platform itself is lightweight it processes edited versions of documents super fast.

Negative: Its spreadsheet is kind of basic, lacks smart formula features.

Summary: If you are searching for a productivity tool for your small business that needs to be cost-effective then Onlyoffice is the best option. In usability, performance, and cost-effectiveness it's great.

Positive: OnlyOffice gives us a seamless real-time co-editing ability which helps us to work together on the same tasks. Tracing new changes made in the document is extremely easy. Its AI addon is very practical, it helps us to summarize and also find errors in files.

Negative: The user interface of its mobile version is cluttered.

Summary: Overall, it is a robust business software that helps us to manage a large number of documents easily. If I compare this tool with Google Workspace this platform is more value for money.

Positive: I loved being able to access all of the documents across all devices. Also, it allows me to edit spreadsheets and PDFs without locally downloading files. The user interface is clean and customizable.

Negative: Creating monthly project reports is slightly confusing.

Summary: Overall, ONLYOFFICE performs great in all aspects. My team loved this tool, unlike other Office suite tools this platform has no learning curve. You should try this.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE Docs has been incredibly valuable in my day-to-day program management tasks where precision and collaboration are non-negotiable. Whether I’m documenting strategic initiatives like the vertical video product "Bytes" or managing ad experience tooling with my cross-functional squad, ONLYOFFICE offers a stable and intuitive environment to co-author with zero friction. The ability to edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats without breaking formatting has made it much easier to maintain consistent documentation across internal and external stakeholders. I especially appreciate the commenting and version control features that help streamline feedback cycles, particularly when iterating on A/B test summaries or campaign optimization docs.

Negative: Some advanced spreadsheet features like complex charts or formatting options can feel a bit limited compared to Excel. When working on detailed analytics or visual presentations, I occasionally have to export files to desktop apps for final polishing. Performance in large collaborative documents can also lag slightly under heavy load, but it’s minor and doesn’t significantly affect overall productivity.

Summary: OnlyOffice 9.0 has become a constant companion, an always-on app, and it has completely changed the way I work and handle my files. For several years, I kept all my active files on Google Drive and used Google Docs and Sheets to edit them. I volunteer for a non-profit that rehabs donated computers and gives them free to students and immigrants. We install LibreOffice on all these computers. But I never installed LibreOffice on my own system because I don't find it appealing. I learned about OnlyOffice when one of my non-profit colleagues suggested it to the group. I was fortunate enough to encounter OnlyOffice for the first time when it had just been completely redesigned and upgraded to version 9. I gave it a try and am so impressed with the program that I removed all my files from Google Drive and put them back on my hard drive. I now edit them exclusively with OnlyOffice, which I find a lot easier to use than Google Docs and Sheets. I back up my files automatically with the Google Drive desktop app. This new setup is working wonderfully well for me. I'm grateful to OnlyOffice for allowing individual users like me to use this powerful office suite.

Positive: Its appealing user interface. Also, I was amazed to find that OnlyOffice Documents includes Track Changes capabilities. I have already used this feature, with which I am very familiar from an earlier editorial job.

Negative: Lack of a Grammarly plugin. Also, I have had trouble getting the Auto Fit Row Height command to work properly in spreadsheet cells I would like to expand.

Summary: Overall experience is good so far, and I am also expecting to see a lot of AI integration, which can even make the experience a lot better. If that has been already done then please let me know I want to experience this as well.

Positive: Everything about this product is good. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. all are at par with Microsoft Office when compared with functionalities. For example, the latest feature of Microsoft Office PowerPoint is Morph, and we see it being used a lot these days. The same is also available in OnlyOffice !!! This is just an example and there are more such features for which you definitely need to try this and experience it yourself.

Negative: The PDF Feature can be improved, as I see some lag when the PDF is picture heavy (with a lot of graphics) or if it's a magazine. There is a slight delay even when we scroll through the pages and experience is not that smooth.

Summary: The integration on my linux and windows experience, the simple and beauty of the application, the all on one place to work, easy work with teams or just myself.

Positive: Simple to use, stable on my different OS (Linux and Windows), powerful with python programmatic, easy to setup, management and use...

Negative: The whiteness, i put a suggestion of grey or dark colors of the work place (cell's, document, pdf...) not just the application, my eyes suffer to much

Summary: I am a undergraduate student who uses the OnlyOffice free plan. I signed up for OnlyOffice after learning that it was a highly recommended alternative to the Google and Microsoft document editing software lines of products. Its many features, particularly cloud storage and autosave, and security and privacy protections were what interested me most. I have used OnlyOffice for at least 15 text-based and image-based essays and projects in my education, as well as for personal needs. I would recommend that anybody who uses Microsoft Office or the Google suite of products immediately switch to OnlyOffice. It is a great company that makes superior products.

Positive: Cloud sync, autosave, security of files, privacy, feature-packed and complete virtual office suite, PDF editor.

Negative: I am glad to say that I have not experienced any issue with OnlyOffice.
