    Summary: Awesome! The team really is great and very willing to listen to feedback to provide the best product!

    Positive: Love that they are very focused on creating almost like a social media for employees. People are getting so used to seeking and giving recognition through social media and they are creating the same type of feel for employee recognition.

    Negative: If I had to say one thing, it's simply that they are newer. But they have shown that they are one of the more innovative products and teams on the market. So being newer isn't always a bad thing. A fresh perspective and new thinking.

    Summary: Overall, Nectar itself is a great concept and is very easy to use. Encouraging positive feedback amongst peers helps foster a positive working environment and puts the focus on improvements and being helpful instead of criticism.

    Positive: Nectar is very easy to use. The overall design is simple and navigation is easy.

    The new shout-out box has buttons for adding people/points/hashtags instead of relying solely on keyboard shortcuts like @ and +, which makes the process a little easier, especially since you can search the people box for names

    The social-media-like layout that allows employees to see other employees' feedback and add their own points or comments is great. In my opinion, it encourages keeping an eye on what's going on so that people can share in the success of others and help to build them up as well.

    Negative: There's no option for an employee to choose whether or not their birthday is published. An admin has to remove the birthday from the employee's account if they don't want it published on the day of.

    Clicking on a notification to see a shout-out in the timeline rarely works. If enough time passes, clicking on a notification just refreshes the page without actually taking you to the shout-out. If you need to read an older one, you've got to go into your account and read your activity instead.

    Great peer bonus platform

    Summary: I love the ability to give a shoutout to my coworkers and see what others are saying about them.
    It is nice to be able to be recognized when you do exceptional work.

    Positive: Ability to recognize coworkers for going above and beyond their normal duties to be excellent.
    Large selection of gift cards to cash out on.

    Negative: Not quite as intuitive as others I have used.
    I have had some login issues.

    Solid little service

    Summary: It's asking me to write 100 characters for my overall experience. My pros and cons are covering that fairly well.

    Positive: Connects people in offices that otherwise wouldn't be able to or find the time to. Pretty cool being able to acknowledge people.

    Negative: Haven't used it long enough to recognize many cons. I suppose not being able to tag and entire department kinda sucks.

    Summary: Overall I enjoy using this system, its easy to communicate with others and fun to see what everyone else has to say

    Positive: I like how easy it is to create posts and accomplish what I need to with this software, its neat how many offers are included here!

    Negative: I found it a bit difficult at first to find the posts others had tagged me in, But I've since gotten around that!

    Great platform to use!

    Summary: Nectar is great! I really enjoy the interactions with coworkers. Nectar is very easy to navigate. One thing I hope is a possibility is to integrate it with a hyperlink on our dashboard. But all in all very happy to have this platform with my employer.

    - Fun way of interacting with coworkers
    - Easy to navigate the website

    Negative: - Not integrated with any of our systems
    - A lot of points needed to get any merchandise

    A great way to promote the work of your peers

    Summary: Overall, this is a fun and engaging product that I personally believe has introduced a new social aspect to work that just didn't exist before. Especially now during the time of Covid-19, with a lot of people working from home, we need all the positive social interactions we can get!

    Positive: I love being able to send points to my coworkers when they help me out, and vice versa. It's really encouraging when you receive points for something you accomplished! What is a better way to recognize and appreciate someone for the work they've done than to send them the Nectar equivalent of money?

    Negative: The only down-side for me is that there doesn't seem to be any metrics on the Leaderboards for who performed the most behavior bonuses, or who received the most behavior bonus points over time. I would like to see those in the future!

    Summary: My overall experience has been very positive and uplifting to myself and coworkers. We like being able to earn points for doing a good job and knowing that others care and recognize our positivity and teamwork.

    Positive: I love being able to recognize coworkers for their hard work, teamwork and positive attitude.

    Negative: The only Con for myself is that when you recognize a fellow coworker it shows everyone in the facility. Most times we like to recognize a coworker for their hard work but don't want to hurt others feelings by displaying points given to someone specific. It would be nice to be able to recognize someone privately.
