Summary: Planner is a great solution if you are an existing MS/Office 365 user and need basic task management or simple card format type for project management (Agile Scrum/Kanban board). Perfect for small business!

Positive: Really easy to use and collaborate with others on the project or office team. It's included (for "free") in MS/Office 365 and well integrated into MS Teams to maximize collaboration.

Negative: Standalone competitor tools like Monday, Asana, and Airtable have a lot more functionality, features, and direct support.

Summary: Microsoft Planner is a great project planner and team collaboration platform. We had an overall positive experience with it. Microsoft planner comes in a bundle of Microsoft 365. It enables us to collaborate, communicate and plan for our projects effortlessly.

Positive: #1- It comes in a bundle of Microsoft 365 services. So no need to buy plans separately.
#2- Effortless team communication and remote file sharing.
#3- Enables planning and collaboration for projects.

Negative: #1- We don't have any negative experience with it.
