Positive: MentorCity is an incredible platform backed by an equally amazing team. Our organization has some very specific needs, and we were fortunate to find a solution that could be customized so extensively. The team has been consistently patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.

Negative: Honestly, the only downside is that I feel guilty for how quickly they respond and how much they do for us!

Summary: The customer service at MentorCity has been exceptional, starting from the support in setting up the platform to assisting with the launch process for our members. The facilitation of webinars and trainings have played a vital role in the successfully launching this platform. Our members love the ease of navigating this platform and having the information stored within the platform.

Positive: This user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to match with mentors, share documents, upload videos, and keep all communications within the platform. The seamless integration of these features ensured a smooth and efficient user experience, making it a top choice for our member seeking mentorship opportunities.

Negative: I have not experienced any cons thus far but based on the support we have received I know that should i encounter any challenges they will be address by Shawn Mintz and team!

Summary: Our collaboration with MentorCity has transformed our Professional Mentoring Program. Negative: Some backend functionality is hardcoded - making it less flexible to modify.

Summary: Overall, our experience with MentorCity's platform and customer service team has been exceptional. As a nonprofit organization, we don't have the bandwidth to manage something as cumbersome as a mentor program. For a nominal annual fee, we're able to offer our members a unique benefit with very little effort from our staff. We highly recommend this product to other organizations looking to foster mentoring among their members.

Positive: The platform is so user friendly, comprehensive, and makes managing our Mentor Program effortless. We at CFA Society San Diego can't say enough positive things about the product. And not just the product. The customer service is stellar, white glove service that is par to none. Any time I have questions or concerns, I receive a helpful response almost immediately. It's been such a positive experience and we look forward to continuing our relationship with MentorCity.

Negative: At this time, there's nothing we don't like about the platform. It's truly a high quality product.
