    Summary: Overall I would say that in my short time as a product manager at Canadian Tire I really appreciate the Kochava tool and its support. Who have always been there for me to ask questions and help me write some of the queries too. So thank you Kochava for being awesome.

    Positive: I really enjoyed the query interface that allows me to query my data and export the data. Also loved the funnel building interface that allows for multiple apps and build great user drop off funnels and also allows you to export the drop off audience, which can be used for retargeting the users.

    Negative: I really wish that they could have built a non historical query interface, which has only limited resources to run queries on your data. So I had to rewrite my queries to use the standard Sql search interface, which wasn't very easy but it worked.

    Summary: Overall I use it only for two functions which are pretty straight forward. I use it almost everyday and don't have any complaints.

    Positive: I only really use Kochava to create smartlinks for emails & QR code creation. This application makes it easy.

    Negative: The only other tab I use is analytics. It was confusing at first and could use some more clarity.

    Summary: I have trouble validating the data I pull from Kochava. There are a few resources to understand the data structure but the RED's do not necessarily match the table names in the reports that you can download so it is hard to validate that I am looking at the data correctly.

    Positive: I really like the user interface and the level of detail the data provides. Kochava is specifically useful for our marketing attribution.

    Negative: Using the customer sql queries and downloading the custom reports is confusing. Sometimes I will try to match data I pull in the reports I download to custom sql queries and I cannot figure out how to make the data match.
