    Summary: I've used Juvonno since I started my job four years ago, and I'm very happy with their features. I like receiving the updates about new features when they're added and think their help center resources are valuable for training new staff or even for current staff to learn something new!

    Positive: Juvonno is a dependable system for daily operations, and their tech support team is always helpful when we run into issues. The booking process is simple, and the platform offers great features for communicating with patients, messaging other staff, and leaving notes on patient files.

    Negative: To enhance the platform, I suggest working on the chart export feature, specifically, adding detailed filtering options. This would allow us to more easily export charts based on criteria like practitioner, service type, or specific date ranges. This would be very helpful when practitioners need to review their own notes before we send out patient charts.

    Summary: Amazing product. I will absolutely be recommending this product to colleagues. I feel like I discovered a diamond in the rough (the rough being the world of EMR/platforms that currently exist and have dominated the market and are very costly).

    Positive: I love that Juvonno has everything I need in one place--really minimizing the number of vendors I need to subscribe to. My patients have found it easy to use.

    The onboarding process was outstanding and the customer support has been impeccable.

    The price is very affordable.

    Negative: I'm quite satisfied with the product overall, the lay-out for a cumulative patient profile is a bit different than I am used to, but not an issue.

    There were a couple of technical glitches with iPhones/Macs with video not being connected in web browser settings, but solutions avail and support with immediate responses and assistance.

    Summary: Overall nothing but positives when it comes to Juvonno. Creators are always very responsive with our feedback, and are always great as getting back to us quickly if one of our staff members needs a hand with anything. If I could give 6 stars I would.

    Summary: I find the overall usage of Juvonno easy, accessible, and very user friendly. It is customizable to each particular organization and the payment portals are easy for both clients and admin to use and track. I would definitely recommend this program.

    Positive: I love the functionality of all scheduling, the grouping of clients, and the ability to run insurance through Telus E-Health directly through the program. The Juvonno Pay portal is easy to use and navigate, and makes taking credit card payments easy. The team at Juvonno is always helpful and kind.

    There are so many ways to customize the experiences of not only our practitioners but also the admin team, and it's well worth every penny.

    Negative: I don't really have any notable cons to mention. I find the user experience quite nice.

    Summary: I think Juvonno is a great tool which has made my life as a administrator quite simple. It's easy to use, reporting has great options and Juvonno comm is a great way to stay in touch with patients.

    Juvonno programming is a breeze

    Summary: Overall i would not deal with any other company as the support rocks. It is easy for patients to contact and control their own accounts. It's mobile compatible for both doctors staff and patients

    Positive: I have used Juvonno in all 3 of my clinics now and am in the process of completing a 4th clinic. The support staff have always been there to help from transferring data to assisting with invoice or payment issues. The chat support makes it a breeze to get issues reconciled in an instant. The technicians are there to build an add on when required and correct background issues.

    Negative: I just wish sone of the programming when dealing with multiple clinics within one program could be a bit more customizable. But they find a fix or go around quickly to assist in any way
