Positive: It takes care of all the management of a project when planning, monitoring and organizing an activity or a project to be carried out by the members of a team of the organization. At the same time it can be used as a means of communication between members.

Negative: The price is an essential factor in all tools; Jira Software has a high cost; therefore, the impact is too much for small companies. One of the main factors that companies look for when implementing new tools is the cost of it, so JIRA would not be very nice for that aspect.

Summary: Since with jira we can add different code development software to our application projects, it is ideal so that, if necessary, each of the team members can work as comfortably as they want and not be limited by the work formats that their colleagues can use.

Positive: Jira is an excellent app development service from Atlassian, which when configured to work with Confluence, allows us to adopt new work dynamics, such as those that involve tracking the customization of the dashboards of each team member. In general, the capacity shown by jira in the area of performance tracking is quite high, and we like the fact that it does not require so much material to configure the templates when you want to start a project from scratch. Jira allows us to copy information boards and work leaving backups of each stage of the workflow.

Negative: When working with many issues within a project we find it unnecessary to close them and place a status change on them when they are finished if they are parts of the same work branch, but jira needs each issue to have a mandatory closure in order to correctly define the progressiveness of the work.

Summary: With Jira we were able to enter, review and assign all requests in record time. This software also allowed us to centralize a directory to run from a single login. We highly recommend this software as it has helped us with the time constraint we had and has improved the limited admission we had with administrators. Jira is efficient and there are very few critical bugs that this software has. It also has new features new tools and a serious interface which makes this software the best on the market.

Positive: Jira's tag system has allowed all of us in our organization to manage a clean system based on our own tags. Its integration is totally simple and has a single sign-on which has allowed us to eliminate a need to create many new accounts when setting up new users. Lastly, it has an extremely comprehensive interface which has promoted us among all the users we use touring to perform complex tagging in a fast and functional way.

Negative: Sometimes it is complicated to us the edition by command sequence since in the massive edition it can not take all the characteristics that we need at the moment. As an advanced user there are times where we do not have access to the command line interface. Many of the edits we have are not protected from inconsistencies or errors and causes the software to malfunction.

Summary: With jira it is possible to perform analyses within the current application development markets with the objective of informing us about which would be the most profitable moment to launch our project, so that we can create the best and most structured launch plan. We recommend jira because it is undoubtedly the best software to track the entire process of creating online applications, allowing us to create notes about the start and development, and schedule its launch on future dates.

Positive: Jira is useful for the annotation of everything related to our application under development and to the team of developers, so it is possible to organize work schedules, objectives on whose dates the content should be shared, and to comment on specific parts of the progress.

Negative: Jira cannot be integrated with Project management services based on agendas and dashboards, as in the case of Monday.com, which makes it difficult to export the content of the Gantt charts that are made within Monday.com.

Summary: Overall, Jira software gives the power to build one product to manage everything from one point. The UX is excellent. The platform pretty simple and powerful to manage projects.

Positive: Jira Software is an amazing project tracking, planning team collaboration and workflow management platform. It enables all in one product to collaboratively move with the team for every project. The Gantt chart and kanban board view gives the best visualization. Its mobile app platform is very useful for tracking projects from anywhere.

Negative: Nothing experience till now. It's a great tool for the project.

Summary: I have been using Jira for a long time across multiple Agile projects and it works great. It is really easy to get started with and the intuitive interface removes the need for any training.

Negative: No cons , it is really easy to pick up without any training.

Summary: Jira Software is mainly used to report and track the issues on our software part from Kanban boards of Jira. It made our life very easy and error less. We use it to report the technical issues to our production team through creating new tickets. It allow to set priority of the tickets and and stuff all the details and environment which helps our technical team to recreate the scenarios. Before we moved to Jira, we were using group chat to report the issue and tracking them in different sheet was very cumbersome process, which often lead to reporting too less information to process, with Jira the reporting and tracking the progress of tickets become breeze.

Positive: Jira Software is a Delivery oriented project manager tool. It is packed with multi layered functionalities to track and manage the teamwork. I especially commend the Kanban boards offered under Jira.

Negative: Jira helps a lot to streamline all the bug reporting and tracking. It is a game changer for us.

Summary: Jira Software is an intuitive tool for the team. I highly recommend this platform. It offers incredible team planning, tracking, and insightful reports. It comes with many integration support. The best tool in my experience.

Summary: My experience with Jira was quite smooth. It helps in tracking the tickets and also provides notification on updates. But sometimes too much of notifying is very annoying.

For a medium to large scale operation, Jira is a definite plus in tracking the status of tickets and tracking the overall progress of departments on a day to day level. I would definitely recommend Jira to a medium to large scale industry.

(-) Sometimes the mentioning of a user in comments doesn't work.
(-) Reporting can be made easy, to know tickets across departments.

Summary: Jira by Atlassian is an excellent project management tool highly recommended for any Agile team. It can be a bit hard to adopt for new-comers but the integrations and flexibility it provides is unmatched.

Positive: Updated interface makes Jira easier to use.

Tons of integration options - Jenkins, GitHub, Teams.

Negative: Can be daunting for new users due to large number of options.
UI can be a bit sluggish at times.

Summary: Jira has allowed me to assign and follow up on the different tasks of the different members and work team that I currently manage. Thanks to this platform, I can see the progress of these assigned tasks and thus be able to see and analyze what is being done well and whether the corresponding deadlines are being met in relation to the projects being managed. This platform solved the problem of our disorganized projects. This tool allows me to keep my entire team on a single page and thus be able to manage the different obstacles that arise and thus complete the projects more easily. I like that they continue to add functionalities that allow complete management of tasks and projects. This makes this platform more attractive since it does not stagnate in basic functionalities and adapts to the new technologies of today.

Positive: The feature that stands out for me is the assignment of tasks and subtasks, as this has allowed me to have a better record and tracking of the processes that must be completed in a project, resulting in having total control and minimizing time losses in case something fails. Jira's customization is unmatched, organizing work with this platform is incredible as it gives total control to customization and even more so when it has different templates that allow streamlining the planning of a project. It has AI integrated into certain tools on this platform, this has helped me generate much more efficient reports, it also integrates with different popular platforms in relation to communication and teamwork.

Negative: Extensive and deep features that require some learning time to be able to use this tool properly. I would like them to simplify the learning process so that it is easier to adapt. In addition, its interface became more complex after applying certain updates, which radically changed how the interface was structured. Although this platform is complex to use, there are certain features that require a bit of tools, especially in the communication part. I feel that my work team has a hard time adapting to maintaining communication within this platform. It seems that Jira does not adapt to the new communication methods that currently exist.

Summary: Jira Software is a highly sophisticated project tracking platform scaling from large teams to large organizations. The flexibility enables modeling various team processes & hierarchies.But realizing the full potential requires investing significant time to learn & customize.

Positive: There are certain capabilities of this software which i like a lot about this software like:

2. Extensive integrations with Atlassian & third party tools
3. Granular permissions for different team roles
4. Broad ecosystem of Add-ons & apps.

Negative: The clunky interface always makes people a little confused about the features of capabilities of Jira Software, simplifying the same could benefit the users a lot.

Summary: Having Jira over our day to day has been one of the best things we have achieved. Since we have been using Jira, our work has become lighter, and not precisely because we have had less work, it has been because Jira has allowed us to have a much more fluid work, with greater control over different work aspects and with more details in things. that we did not evaluate before. Positive: Jira is a tool that participates throughout our work process, it is involved in every aspect, being a weapon and an indispensable guide to visualize business objectives and go on the way to achieving them, hand in hand with a planning adjusted to our requirements helping us to always get what we are looking for. Jira offers fast processing of corporate processes thanks to the fact that it makes the perfect link with the automation of forms, which allows us to speed up marketing campaigns, increase our sales and with this increase the pace of work. It is a chain that continues constant with only a minimum aspect, but not only this, Jira provides the ideal tools to create tasks and go through different stages of the project and follow the workflow line by line to make a complete and thorough review of each thing that we are doing, this with the main purpose of achieving a correct control and management of the necessary tools for the fulfillment of our work, of carrying out a correct administration among the entire work team and that each area participates on time and in a efficiently, through the activities panel and thanks to the management of assignments and a fairly complete communication system. As well as the fulfillment of the work schedule and the planning that we carry out so that our purpose is fulfilled just in time, this hand in hand with the calendar that has been essential to follow our route to the letter. Being able to track activities is essential and Jira provides the correct tools to accomplish this, in this way we do not miss the details and we are attentive to each step of the progress of the projects. It is gratifying to come across a tool like Jira and to know the endless possibilities and alternatives it provides to achieve good work performance and proper monitoring of business tasks.

Negative: I have faced common problems in form automations, I have tried to get the support team to give me their contribution to solve it but really the solutions that they have given me have been very little to the problem that we need to solve. Although it has a complete interface, customization is quite complicated, adapting the options to our use and requirements is not as simple as we thought. As well as, in general terms Jira is not as easy to use as we expected, it takes time to learn how to use each aspect when we start, but thanks to the documentation it is possible to go through a much faster learning curve. It requires a high broadband, since it becomes slow when our internet is slow, this interferes with our work and the tasks that we are doing. As I mentioned, there are limitations in customization, it has been difficult for us to change the names of the different members of the work team, if they have the same name it can be confusing, as well as for the prioritization of tasks, so we would like and it seems essential to us to have the control over certain aspects that we need to adapt to the comfort of our work. Another thing is that we notice that one tool depends on another, and then this one depends on another, and everything becomes a cycle that seems to have no end to finish configuring it, it is not comfortable or practical.

Summary: Overall, still the most fully featured project management software on the market, but not as user friendly as some smaller competitors.
