Summary: I would buy into this again. It has worked well for my inn, my employees etc. Lots of great features.
Positive: Software is easy to use for both myself and my employees. The best feature is that if there is a problem, they address it immediately.
Negative: I really have 0 complaints about the software. Additionally if a suggestion on improvement is made, it is followed up and if possible enacted.

Innkeeper's Advantage - Perfect for my Inn Date: Oct 26 2022
Summary: This had the features we were all looking for. The drag and drop ability was key. We have many different room types and to be able to set the system up like that was perfect.
Positive: The Price is great. Support has been fantastic over the years. Quick and accurate responses. The simplicity of use was also key for my users.
Negative: Some of the setup areas of the software could use some simplification.

Positive: What I like most about this Innkeepers Advantage is it is owned and operated by the people who created it. Cindy and Felix are hands-on every day. Anything I have asked for or needed help with is immediately answered by their team or personally by them. The service is outstanding!
Secondly, they take calls and answer everything. If there is a glitch it is fixed immediately. I have used two previous companies prior to Innkeepers Advantage and I am never leaving!!Negative: It’s a little expensive because I’m laying in Canadian dollars so it’s 35% more

Summary: Attentive, informative, quick response, and quick turnaround time when needing assistance. Highly recommend and appreciate their team!
Positive: Love the fact that each user has their own identifying code. Love the ability to change add-ons and edit emails easily
Negative: Takes a bit to get used to the system, but that seems like a me issue :)

Complete Many Tasks with One System Date: Oct 26 2022
Summary: I cannot say enough good things about Innkeeper's Advantage. They have excellent customer service, they roll out regular updates based on customer feedback, they have the ability to customize features, and their menu of services gives me the ability to run my business with efficiency and confidence. I know they want to see me succeed, and I know they are truly invested in making a difference for their customers and the lodging industry. I trust that Innkeeper's Advantage is looking for the next big thing in small-business lodging, and I know they will be ready to create new technology to fit the industry as it changes.
Positive: Innkeeper's Advantage first and foremost is a creative and proactive company that is always ready to help and make their product work the best for its customers. Their customer service is stellar, and they truly care about the lodging industry and each of their customers. The software itself helps me run my business so efficiently and effectively. The software has the ability to do many tasks which customers can add as needed. I love the text messaging system, the smart lock system, and the customer payment capabilities. It is an easy system to teach to other employees and use anywhere - so I can make reservations out of the office on my smartphone or I can charge my customers as I work from home. I couldn't be happier with my website design and build, and the best part is I can update my website at any time by logging into the system. I truly feel like Innkeeper's Advantage is part of my team.
Negative: There have been two times when locks didn't get updated for early check-ins and caused a glitch. However, Innkeeper's Advantage teaches you to have backup measures in case technology fails us - which sometimes it does. My only con is really not a con because I have a backup system thanks to Innkeeper's Advantage always thinking a few steps ahead.

Summary: So far everything has been great! The software is easy to use once you play around with it for a while and look through all the features. When I need to get in contact with them right away they respond to me.
Positive: I own a small bed and breakfast and looking for a reliable and personable company to partner with was my goal. I started comparing other companies for the booking site and I felt like I was being pressured and just told what I wanted to hear from most of the competitors. When I started talking with someone from Innkeepers right away I felt comfortable and felt like they weren’t trying to sell me anything. She was very knowledgeable about the type of business and the area where we are located. They walked me through everything and I knew they were a smaller company that wanted to make long-lasting relationships. I would recommend them to any other lodging businesses in the area.
Negative: So far from using them for a couple of months, there is nothing that I can think of that I have issues with. The software is simple to learn and use.

Summary: Innkeepers always does a great job. I was able to tell them what I wanted and they were able to make changes and upgrade my site to be more relevant with todays needs.
Positive: The finished product was spectacular. Guests booking with us are informed and let me know the site is easy to use.
Negative: The process took a long time and the communication could have been better.

Summary: Implementation and learning time was quick and efficiently done with plenty of customer support. Integration with a 3rd party merchant account was seamless.
Positive: The system is very easy to learn and use, and Rose is excellent with customer support. She is patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful in getting answers to questions we have had, especially in learning the system. She is quick to respond to any issues that arise. We highly recommend Book-It to anyone and cannot say enough about Rose's professionalism and customer service.
Negative: There have been pricing issues with the automated channels, i.e. Airbnb and Vrbo.
