Summary: Excellent product. Radiologists are more efficient with their reading of US. Engineers that are developing our new worksheets have been great to work with.

Positive: The custom worksheets and diagrams are very detailed. The integration with our dictation system (Fluency) was seamless. It creates structure for the sonographers in reporting their findings. The worksheets include TIRADs and ORADs which are determined based on the findings from the sonographer. The HL7 integration was a big enhancement for our workflows.

Negative: Creating the individual worksheets does take time. Air scans need to be performed and each added field needs to be validated by the Director of Ultrasound. On occasion, we don't think of all possible scenarios prior to approving a form so there have been times we have moved a form into production and then had to request changes.

Summary: Reliable, simplistic, efficient product that promotes seamless workflow, quick response for questions/help from staff. The QC component makes every exam look the way it should (correct annotations, measurements, demographics, etc) without no one ever knowing it was edited at an earlier time.

Positive: 1.) Reliability in product! We have experienced one rare moment of downtime but this was due to an issue in our IT department.
2.) Intuitive worksheet technology! We are about to roll out our new TIRADS thyroid worksheet. This new sheet educates sonographers with interactive buttons that demonstrate an example of a sonographic finding/description (i.e. hover over the word solid nodule. When you do so an image pops up with an example image of a solid nodule), There is also a built in TIRADS calculator based on the selections made in the worksheet. Very slick!
3.) Ease of use! Our team is very appreciative of the simplistic and efficient ways of iMorgon's workflow with clean QC tools (i.e. able to change annotations by "masking" incorrect word(s) and change patient demographics with a couple quick clicks. We move our exams from iMorgon to our iSite program after the QC component is completed. The exams look great and you cannot tell a mistake was made during the imaging process - instead of the old way.. making big X's over images and typing above the Xed out area in iSite which looked very messy). This product is very easy to teach others how to use.
4.) Last but not least.. Helpful iMorgon staff. They are quick to help and easily accessible to edit changes to our worksheets in a timely manner.

Negative: Only one complaint.. iMorgon can compare apples to apples. You are only able to compare your current exam to prior ultrasound exams. You are not able to compare your sonographic findings to other radiologic exams (MRI, CT, etc).

Summary: My overall experience has been great, everyone at all levels has been engaging, helpful and responsive to my requests,

Positive: Ease of use of the product and customizability to match our current worksheets and the ability to edit first drafts until they match what works for me.

Negative: Not really a con but it doesn't yet have the ability to edit the numerical data on the web based product.

This shift has allowed our Sonographers to focus more on patient care and image acquisition rather than administrative tasks.
Another aspect that stands out is the ease of use of Imorgon’s Utilities Menu and Tool Palette. These tools are intuitive, enabling quick corrections and adjustments without interrupting the workflow. The simplicity of these features contributes to a smoother and more efficient imaging process, making it easier for staff to perform their tasks confidently and accurately.
Imorgon also addresses real-world challenges through seamless integration with existing systems. Notably, its integration with PowerScribe 360 has been particularly beneficial. The platform automatically sends measurements directly into PowerScribe templates, significantly reducing the number of measurements that Radiologists need to dictate manually.
Our experience has been marked by exceptional uptime, with little to no service interruptions caused by server issues. This consistency has been critical in managing daily workflows without delays or disruptions, thereby boosting our confidence in the platform’s stability and effectiveness.
Lastly, the support team behind Imorgon has been outstanding. Their collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with us have been instrumental in customizing worksheets and measurement tools tailored specifically to our Pediatric environment. This partnership has facilitated the development of workflow that best suits our unique needs, ultimately elevating the quality of care we provide.
