Summary: I am very happy and plan to keep using this. I would like to see more features on the business owner end

Positive: This allows a simple/professional and all inclusive view from the customer point of view. They can approve an estimate, sign a contract and pay all in one place.

Negative: These is no way simple way to just have office or shop assignments that aren’t associated to a project. Also hour tracking integrated into this would make things better.

Summary: Used it for years with no desire to change. I can easily track my projects progress and communicate with clients

Positive: The clipper for products, clear pricing for clients and integrated accounting software makes finances very easy.

Negative: No consistent preset settings. I have to double check the proposal settings every time

Summary: Overall, everything is great and it works great as the CRM. And basic design service. Love that they are always innovating.

Positive: Houzz Pro has provided amazing features that our business was looking for. Budgeting, scheduling, and designing tools.

Negative: Not enough furniture items in the general catalog for 3-D renderings

Positive: This has automated so many daily tasks for my company. Keeps our team organized and ready for clients.

Negative: Wish we had additional ways to remove credit card fees.

Summary: Hands down best estimating software I have used. I tried Housecall pro but didn’t like it and went back to Houzz. I am 100% satisfied with Houzz Pro.

Positive: Houzz pro has taken my small remodeling contracting business to the next level. I never realized how much money I was missing out on before Houzz. The estimating software is easy to use and clients pay from my estimate and goes into my bank account. My company is Breakout Home Services. They have a 3D drawing you can make for the client and they love seeing it before the work is done. It’s amazing I couldn’t be any happier with a product. Oh and the support from them is nice to I’ve never had a problem getting any kind of support I needed

Negative: Haven’t found one yet. Well I guess it doesn’t link to my google advertising for me but that’s it

Summary: Overall, I am very happy with Houzz Pro and plan to continue using it for years to come. I like that I only need to open one system when working on my clients' projects as the mood boards, floor planners, and all my accounting is all in one easy-to-navigate space. Thanks, Houzz Pro!

Positive: Houzz Pro helps me stay better organized, streamlines my bookkeeping process, and I especially enjoy the Client Dashboard feature which enables me to send a complete project overview to my clients in a neat, concise and professional way.

Negative: Sometimes I wish there were additional default settings so I didn't have to go through each specific project and ensure all my desired settings are lined up.
I appreciate all the updates to the floor planner but wish I could upload specific wallpapers as well as additional specific projects to my designs to be able to best show the client their proposed scheme visuals.

Summary: Overall, Houzz has been a helpful platform for growing my business and showcasing my work, especially when used strategically. It’s not perfect—there’s room for improvement in lead quality and pricing transparency—but the tools, exposure, and client-facing features make it a worthwhile investment for design professionals who want to elevate their online presence and streamline communication.

Additionally, the pricing structure for Pro features isn’t always transparent, and it can be hard to gauge ROI without a clear breakdown of where your investment is going. A bit more clarity and filtering options for leads would make a big difference

Summary: Overall, I would highly recommend Houzz Pro to any design firm owner. It will dramatically improve your business!

Positive: We have been using Houzz for several years now, and I could not imagine running our design business without it. It is the central hub for all of our product selections, CRM, invoicing, mood boards, and financial data. Using Houzz saves us so much time in so many different areas. Saving time means that we can do our jobs faster, which results in higher profitability. It truly is a game-changer!

Negative: There are still occasional glitches with the integration with Quickbooks. Sometimes things do not sync up properly. It has definitely improved over the past couple of years, but it could still use a little improvement in that area.

Summary: We switched from Ivy to Houzz Pro last year and the new interface has a lot of perks and even extras that we haven't yet used. Overall the proposal, invoice, and PO function run smoothly and we use them every day.

Positive: Creating proposals for clients in Houzz Pro is easy so that we have a record of each product to order and they are able to approve each product and sign off so nothing falls through the cracks.

Negative: We do wish that the approve and decline function would save before the client presses submit, so that we can review their selections before they sign off. We also would love a function to create a Logistical Costs proposal based on a percentage of all the approved proposals. For example a receiving charge for 6% of all furnishing costs.

Summary: A product that will help our company grow and facilitate growth in the design aspect. Easy to implement.

Positive: I like how easy it is to navigate around, and all the tutorials on how to use everything are very useful!

Negative: I don't see any cons as of the moment! Everything was nice and easy to use.

Summary: Easy to use and edit. I have made a few mistakes during start up that are easily corrected. I am in this tool multiple times a day. It feels like a life line to my business.

Positive: So easy to get up and running. I love the update UI and how my customers are delighted by all the information available to them. It's helped me so much get off the ground and make great impressions. Love the integrations.

Negative: No real cons...just a lot of power in this tool I am working on getting to know.

Summary: There is a lot to learn in the Houzz Pro app so at first I thought it was difficult but now that I am getting the hang of it, it has been a huge help and time saver

Summary: I'm so glad I decided to try Houzz! I had previously considered a combination of Angi for leads, Asana for project management, and AutoCAD for renderings but this is so much better.

Positive: I love that Houzz is an all-in-one program that streamlines and organizes my business in every way, and doubles as advertising.

Negative: It's a little hard to get to learn both the app and the web version at the same time.

Summary: Overall I'm one happy taco. Your platform compliments my professional knowledge on the hands on side of things. Very simple operation.

Positive: Recently got both apps of Houzz and Houzz Pro. On the customer side it's very resourceful. As a service provider make life simple and professional. The estimate to invoice setup is amazing. The ability to display 3d presentations is a almost guaranteed signed contract. Very pleased with the app

Negative: At the moment none honestly. Only used it a brief time but I was all over the features and it offers allot to the pros especially how it keeps track of allot of expenses and breaks down things. Life got easier come tax season
