Summary: Would recommend to other laundromat owners and potential owners in a heartbeat. Curbside ranks 10 out of 10.

Positive: Curbside was a significant factor in our company staying afloat during Covid. Support is good and suggestions for tweaking are always taken seriously.

Negative: We started having problems only after we volunteered to be part of a sprint.

Summary: Everyone that we have worked with from the day we bought their program and equipment has been really good. They go into great detail when it comes to software upgrades along with pictures which works well for those of us that are very visual :) We met the Curbside Reps at a Clean Show and although we were looking for overall software for all of our services, we new that this software was more for pick up and delivery. However, it has been amazing for the overall process for our store.

Positive: I like how they are always upgrading and making their software better.
They are easy to communicate with when you have any issues.
Tech support takes the time and patience to work with us on issues or possible changes we might request.

Negative: We do not have any cons as the software has worked very well with our overall process.

Summary: The use of the CURBSIDE system has overall saved us time. Time is money. The overall support has been quick and responsive. The "bugs" in the system are worked out quickly. Some adaption of our procedures made this a positive experience overall.

Positive: The software is easy to navigate and full of useful features. Time savings from Owner prospective overall. User friendly interface. Robust reporting system and options. Features consistently updated.

Negative: Reports are not customizable. Not able to correct ORDERS once completed. Not able to merged Orders or Clients. Not able to discount ITEM instead of Order.

Summary: Software make it easy to run and grow the business. Customers can easily place an order. The flow of the orders is clear, the attendant can be easily get trained. Driver routes are very clear. However, there are some improvements needed.

Negative: Use of Apple Pay, and card inserts are not available. The payment failed on pick up, and delivery has no solution. There should be an option to take a deposit for large orders. A pop-up should be on the attendant and driver screen when same-day order is added to the schedule.
