Summary: It has been very useful for clients who are older -- generally -- and not as computer savvy. I like it!

Positive: Easy to use and very convenient for clients who are elderly and don't use another video conferencing platform.

Negative: It has been a little challenging sharing video simultaneously, and sometimes selecting what to share does not respond as quickly, so I usually select the window of the program I am sharing.

Summary: Very good program. I have only used via a PC in an office setting. I have the extension saved and can launch it instantly!

Positive: CrankWheel is the easiest the program that I have ever used. Many potential clients that cannot get onto other products have no issues connecting via CrankWheel. Ease of use for presenter and ease for end user is CrankWheel's biggest strength.

Negative: None!!! The con section is really not a "fair" request. I have found no flaws in the software and found that it works great when other programs don't.

Negative: Requires a stable internet connection for both the agent and client, which can be challenging in rural or low-bandwidth areas.

Depending on the agency’s compliance policies, managing and storing session recordings securely may require additional tools or integrations.

Summary: This tool has saved so many deals that I would otherwise lose because clients cannot download Zoom into their phones or pcs

Positive: I love that no software needs to be downloaded on the client side. This makes it super easy for them and less hassle for us.

Negative: None really it works as intended which is why I prefer it over zoom.

Summary: Overall, highly recommend for anyone that's needing a reliable webinar service without needing to set up a zoom link or google meet. I can be on a regular phone call with a client, send them a meeting link directly to their phone via text, and do my consultations on the go. For its level of flexibility and reliability, I recommend anyone who needs to communicate and screenshare as needed to keep this tool as an essential in their digital toolbox.

Positive: I've been using CrankWheel for almost two years now and I couldn't recommend a better webinar service, They make it super convenient with option to send meeting links via text, email, or copy the link. Options to share screen, window or browser tab. Webcam optional, you can schedule meetings, pause screenshares, chrome extension, and even set it up so that when people join the meeting, they need to provide a confirmation number to get in. I'm a licensed self-employed individual and CrankWheel also has the option to build in consent forms in both English and Spanish for the client to fill out right there. All in all, I get my money's worth every month and never regret my investment. Super satisfied with my experience.

Negative: It's not perfect which is okay, things happen and small inconveniences occur. It works 99% of the time but occasionally some features may glitch out such as having the clients fill out forms through CrankWheel. This is typically fixed by resetting the screenshare once or twice. Worst situation I just had to log out and log back in. Otherwise, not many cons. Overall video quality could improve on the client's end but it is still a very clear image and I have yet to have someone complain about visibility on their end.

Summary: CrankWheel makes the screen share process of my pitch very easy, without it it could be a struggle to set up zoom meetings. The user friendly interface, as well as the simplicity of connection to the screen share make this product top tier!

Summary: Great, been using it for over a year now! A lot of my coworkers use this feature as well because its awesome to use for visuals

Summary: I always use it when sharing information with my clients as a freelancer and sometimes, to my mentees when I am mentoring them. I mostly go to the website, put my user and start recording easily. I then share it with my clients or mentees and that's it! No difficulties at all and a great experience.

Positive: It is easy to learn, share and use. I love it because it gives you a professional presentation of your work to clients and it is different from loom or other sharing screens options. I just love it.

Negative: I wouldn't say that I have any cons. At the moment it served me well and I still recommend it to my friends.

Summary: Just love how easy CrankWheel is. It helps my customers feel at ease without having to get on a video call.

Positive: My clients, whom I advise daily, do not have to download any software and do not need a camera! It is so easy like it can by!

Negative: Nothing! Everything is so good that every one of my clients accepts this simple communication solution. 100%!

Positive: I like Crankwheel because it is so easy to use. I can easily share my screen with people who are not accustomed to using technology. Plus, the newsletters that Crankwheel sends are packed with useful information that helps me grow my business.

Negative: I must go through security protocol more often than I like.

Summary: Overall I like this solution much better than competitors I have used before. It seems some corporations require that you use Teams, Goto Meeting, Zoom, Webex, etc... This solution does not seem to have that impact on these customers.

Positive: Ease of use. I can quickly set up a link with my prospects and customers. I receive good feedback from them on this solution and often ask me about it. I think sometime they get tired of their current sharing applications.

Negative: There were a few things that were not intuitive to begin with. Meaning I couldn't find how to do a few things, that appeared to be hidden a bit. After a few more times of using it, it works as advertised.
