    Summary: Hands down, the best company with the best platform I’ve have come across. They truly care about you and your team and make you feel important. Something that even the best companies struggle with sometimes.

    Positive: EXCEPTIONAL customer service. If you are having any issues setting up your app or utilizing any of the assets they are always so ready to listen to your experience and to help make it work for you and your team. They are always updating the platform which is great especially considering how quickly things change now days. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to has always been so nice and warm. Unlike other options they really make you feel like you matter to them, not like you’re a nuisance. I’m on the expert plan and it’s well worth the money. And with the upcoming features they have planned it truly is going to be a one stop shop. I might seem a little over the top but with every ounce of myself, I would recommend this platform to anyone I meet. LOVE it!

    Negative: An option to combine auto reports into one report would be awesome, but I was told that they are working on some reporting integrations so I’m sure great stuff is yet to come!

    Summary: Very happy with the app, pc system and team. We have moved away from other system because this one covers everything and meets all of our needs!

    Positive: The whole system is extremely well thought out and the team are always on hand to help. The automatic reply states reply time is usually less than 5 minutes, I have never had to wait longer than 2 minutes for a response and I have always been given the answer I needed.

    Negative: I can't really say I dislike anything with this system; everything that I feel could be improved on has been bounced over to the development team to be looked in to.

    Summary: So far we all love this app! It has improved communication between shifts and administration. The employees love having an all-in-one app where they can access all of their work tools in one place.

    Our administration like how easy the set-up was as the platform is very user friendly and mostly self-explanatory for anyone with past experiences using scheduling or time clock software. We also like the ability to pull reports quickly and easily.

    Positive: It is an all-in-one app that includes scheduling, time clocks, communication, and forms.

    It is very easy to set-up and use. There are several youtube videos that the administrator can use to help them set the system up. I was also able to direct employees to the youtube's "User Manual" playlist so they could understand how to do some of the functions.

    I chose this platform after searching for a basic timeclock. This application was far more affordable than any other platform I researched, which did not include scheduling or communication tools. With Connecteam, you get a lot functionality for the price!

    I have encountered a couple of "glitches" on my launch pad and the Connecteam support team was able to fix them within an hour.

    My employees love having a way to communicate, clock in/out, view the schedule, and submit electronic reports all from one app instead of several.

    The directory is an easy way for employees to view contact information for not only co-workers, but also the facilities that we transport to (we are an ambulance service).

    Negative: I wish their could be a setting to have the time clock automatically round to the nearest 15-minute.

    I would like to see the library accept PDF document uploads.

    Summary: The Tech team was out of this world. I run a 1.5 million a year security company and I use this app to facilitate all my scheduling for my officers. This was a quick learning curve for me and I deleted the whole schedule. The Tech guys stayed on top of it until they fixed the situation that I caused. lol Mr. Yaron kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks guys

    Positive: I like that I can access the schedule from my mobile device no matter where I am.
    The app allows me to communicate with all of my officers in just one message, or connect them individually. I can also post to a message board such as our competitions or stats.

    Negative: The view on my phone is different from my computer view. When I try to fill open contracts, I would love to see the officers that are not scheduled like on the computer view verses just the scheduled officers.

    Summary: I love the drive these guys have to make their app better. I would say on average there is a new update every month. It isn't rushed product you pay for that never gets improved. They listen.

    Summary: Very good. Just missing two key features. Hoping the team will add more features in the future. Highly recommend this app.

    Positive: Customer service is amazing- instant and useful. Overall ease of use- very intuitive and easy for employees. Robust features- lots of different apps/features to make this the only app you will need.

    Negative: No payroll pushing! we have to manually enter time worked into QuickBooks. No employee GPS tracking while clocked in during the shift.
    Break time on clock and schedule view is a bit confusing for some employees.

    Summary: Connecteam created a central space where to connect with the entire work team from wherever they are, with countless collaboration, communication and monitoring tools that have allowed us to carry out all our operations, leaving nothing out, and to supervise both work performance, as the progress made by each department. It maintains the focus on labor monitoring and productivity, being an incredible contribution in maintaining order within labor planning, development of our work and due compliance in a responsible and transparent manner with each assigned task. It is an optimal space to develop our potential and increase the chances of success, it erases limitations and borders and unifies all the work on its platform regardless of distance or place, being the meeting point to put together our work route and constantly advance efficiently.

    Positive: Connecteam is much more than a team connection platform for business flow management, it is a tool that works optimally simply offering what we have always been looking for. The interface is 100% intuitive, providing only the tools we need to carry out our work, it does not create cumbersome spaces with complicated tools to use and that we will surely never use, each space that has its interface is designed in a dedicated way, designed for the functions that we need to make it simple. Customer support has proven to be an attentive team, proposing effective solutions, and responding quickly without making us wait too long. Another important point is the impressive price it has, our entire team can work on the platform and the cost for this is absurdly cheap. In the same way, it is a wide space where all the members of the work team can join the platform from wherever they are and collaborate in the progress of the projects, the messages are in real time, the GPS system allows monitoring of location of each integrated member, and as well as messaging, it has an endless number of essential collaboration tools to achieve a unified work, together with monitoring methods which has been a fabulous tool to maintain good user management by supervising productivity labor.

    Negative: Having Connecteam with a client on the computer would be quite comfortable to work with, since it is always in the cloud limits the possibilities and comfort of the user experience a bit. The internet connection when we are traveling can sometimes be limited and it has already happened to us on more than one occasion that the internet stops working and my progress is not saved, having the autosave option is essential to save us from this type of accidents. As we have used the platform we have become more dependent on it, the creation and programming of different activities has made the platform much slower, the application is stuck and this has interfered considerably in our workflow, even in terms of synchronization, we do not get the data stored in real time and we believe that it is due to the slowness of the platform, we have tried some alternative solutions, we still have not achieved it, but we will continue trying to find a balance in the amount of work that we need perform and the fluidity of the platform.

    Summary: We made the switch to Connecteam over a year ago. Our previous app didn't have nearly as many helpful features. We've been able to streamline onboarding, improve communication and manage scheduling all in one place. Anytime we have a question or problem, the support staff is just once message away. Their response time is terrific. 4 stars just because it can be difficult to figure out where the setting are at times.

    Positive: Onboarding and communication features including a way to publish employee manuals, SOPs and updates.

    Negative: Finding a setting to enable or disable notifications can be difficult. Some settings seem to be "buried" in unlikely places in the app. But the Support Team is always happy to help!

    Thank you so much for your review, Heather! We agree there's room to improve when it comes to where some settings are placed, and it's on our roadmap to revise it and make the experience better. That said, we'll be happy to explain the logic of notifications and why we designed them the way we did. As Connecteam is a platform with multiple products that each can be turned on or off, apply to specific groups of users, and even have different functionality, we wanted to provide each feature with its own notifications settings as well. As an admin, when you access each product in your platform (e.g. time clock, chat, schedule, etc.), the notifications section will be under that feature's settings menu, and not in a general menu that can create complexity, especially design and UX wise. As for the app, we tried to place some notifications where you would expect them to be. For example, the scheduling notifications are in the schedule, while chat notifications can be modified in the chat. And of course, you have main app notifications under your app's main settings menu for more general things, like mute options or the ability to enable notifications only for selected days of the week. As mentioned, the app may have completely different functionality for each company and even for different users within the same company. That's why we decided to have specific features' notifications under these features, so they won't even show if they're not relevant for the user. But again, it can be much improved!
