Summary: Had a very good experience using them, the software is very robust and easy to use. Would highly recommend it.

Positive: Easy to log visitor information, managing parking spots and day-to-day security information. The Condo Control team is very helpful.

Negative: I'd like to be able to do punch ins and out with system.

Summary: Overall your staff and team is great. One of the best support I've had with using a software. Recommend it to other HOAs.

Positive: Decreases the amount if paper getting stuffed in our mailboxes and on the bulletin board, and we can also see see what's going on in the community.

Negative: Can't think of anything at the moment, but support in Chinese would be nice.

Summary: Overall very good product. Way better than the we we were doing things before (using paper to sent notices and paying maintenance fee through checks).

Positive: Our association uses Condo Control. It's very easy to use and I like that we can pay all our fees through the system.

Negative: Only been using it for a few months so I don't have any bad feedback yet.

Summary: Not trying to favour or sound biased but compared to the other "competitors" I've used? I definitely prefer Condo Control.

Summary: Easy to learn, easy to use. Homeowners love it. Having been in the business for 15 years, I have experience in using many different types of programs. CCC is the most user friendly and the easiest to learn. The set up makes sense and it naturally flows. Some other programs leave you scratching your head.

Positive: CCC is by far the best system for HOA management that I have worked with in my 14 years of managing. It is user friendly and does everything that a manager needs it to do. The customer service is excellent and the fact that they are in Canada and I am in the United States, doesn't matter. They are always ready and willing to help when needed.

Negative: The e-blast interface was a little challenging at first and sometimes wouldn't cooperate when using bullet points. However, we discussed it with our representative and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

Summary: I love it! And residents love it!
The customer service is amazing. They helped me a lot to do the set up the way I wanted. I really appreciate this software.

Positive: It is easy to send a notice to all residents, to access all property documents, to manage contact info etc.. Now, resident can pay and do a safety deposit via the platform, this is saving a lot of back and forth for me! We can tract any maintenance request from a resident, we can sell fob, garage remote etc..
So many features!

Negative: I wish to be able to create a report about the inventory of the items we sell via Condo Control.

Summary: I had a very good experience with CCC Portal customer service. When Covid Pandemic hit our normal life, we closed all amenities for walk-ins, and a technician from CCC assisted me to set up booking options for each amenity type for Residents at no cost.

Positive: Condo Control Customer Customer Service is excellent, knowledgeable, and provides 5-star service.

Negative: I have nothing to add here. There are no cons.

Summary: Our overall experience has been amazing. We have worked with an amazing and helpful set up team that has made transitions to Condo Control Central simple and seamless. The security experience and feedback from our clients has been exceptional.

Positive: Condo Control Central is exceptionally user-friendly. It is easy for new clients, security staff, and residents to quickly learn and use. Out of all the condo management software options out there, CCC is the sleekest by far. It has the best mix of customization options while keeping things as simple as possible for building staff.

Negative: There are occasionally a few bugs/issues when running certain reports.

Summary: Extremely grateful for the support staff at CCC as well as the easy set up of the portal. It has assisted in facilitating the workload and chaotic communications that come with condominium management.

Positive: User friendly, stream lines communications, ensures all tasks are tracked until completion, assists in organization for building events, online voting, etc. The one on one personalized support from the CCC team is exceptional.

Negative: Nothing negative about this software that I can think of.

Summary: I am pleased with the product and have recommended it to others for use. I think it's a great tool to assist with property management.

Positive: I have used Condo Central as a property management software for over 5+ years - it is a helpful way or keeping track of Residents, getting timely communications out and tracking service issues. I continue to receive positive feedback from Residents regarding the ease of the website. The Condo Central Team is great at taking ideas and implementing them so that mangers get a tool that works right for them.

Negative: I am happy with the product. Any time there was something I wanted, I reached out to the team to implement.

Summary: We appreciate the web-based public events calendar and discussion forum for the condominium residents.

Positive: Condominium residents can stay up-to-date, even from home during off-business hours on all important notices.

Negative: So far, nothing of note to dislike about CCC software.

Summary: Hands down one of the best platforms we ave tried so far, and its extremely affordable. Made life alot easier for residents.
