    The best all in platform for associations

    Summary: Overall your staff and team is great. One of the best support I've had with using a software. Recommend it to other HOAs.

    Positive: Decreases the amount if paper getting stuffed in our mailboxes and on the bulletin board, and we can also see see what's going on in the community.

    Negative: Can't think of anything at the moment, but support in Chinese would be nice.

    Summary: Overall very good product. Way better than the we we were doing things before (using paper to sent notices and paying maintenance fee through checks).

    Positive: Our association uses Condo Control. It's very easy to use and I like that we can pay all our fees through the system.

    Summary: Not trying to favour or sound biased but compared to the other "competitors" I've used? I definitely prefer Condo Control.

    Positive: Everything!
    Convenient.
    User Friendly.
    Responsive and helpful support team.
    Can link to screens.
    Can link to Snaile.
    Auto calculates bookings/reservations.
    Access to accounting (Stripe).
    Can customize amenities.
    Can log/record correspondence/violations.

    Negative: Price (because some Board of Directors want to save money).
    Picture sizes on amenities.
    More picture options/customization on amenities.

    Condo Control Central is wonderful

    Summary: Easy to learn, easy to use. Homeowners love it. Having been in the business for 15 years, I have experience in using many different types of programs. CCC is the most user friendly and the easiest to learn. The set up makes sense and it naturally flows. Some other programs leave you scratching your head.

    Positive: CCC is by far the best system for HOA management that I have worked with in my 14 years of managing. It is user friendly and does everything that a manager needs it to do. The customer service is excellent and the fact that they are in Canada and I am in the United States, doesn't matter. They are always ready and willing to help when needed.

    Negative: The e-blast interface was a little challenging at first and sometimes wouldn't cooperate when using bullet points. However, we discussed it with our representative and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

    Condo Control is saving me time!

    Summary: I love it! And residents love it!
    The customer service is amazing. They helped me a lot to do the set up the way I wanted. I really appreciate this software.

    Positive: It is easy to send a notice to all residents, to access all property documents, to manage contact info etc.. Now, resident can pay and do a safety deposit via the platform, this is saving a lot of back and forth for me! We can tract any maintenance request from a resident, we can sell fob, garage remote etc..
    So many features!

    Negative: I wish to be able to create a report about the inventory of the items we sell via Condo Control.

    Summary: I had a very good experience with CCC Portal customer service. When Covid Pandemic hit our normal life, we closed all amenities for walk-ins, and a technician from CCC assisted me to set up booking options for each amenity type for Residents at no cost.

    Positive: Condo Control Customer Customer Service is excellent, knowledgeable, and provides 5-star service.

    Negative: I have nothing to add here. There are no cons.

    Summary: Our overall experience has been amazing. We have worked with an amazing and helpful set up team that has made transitions to Condo Control Central simple and seamless. The security experience and feedback from our clients has been exceptional.

    Positive: Condo Control Central is exceptionally user-friendly. It is easy for new clients, security staff, and residents to quickly learn and use. Out of all the condo management software options out there, CCC is the sleekest by far. It has the best mix of customization options while keeping things as simple as possible for building staff.
