Positive: I was able to to quickly identify prospects in Gmail through the CRM integration. This allowed me to streamline my outreach process and attack the day in an organized manner.
Negative: Interface was a little tricky, however, ended up being able to navigate it after becoming familiar.

Summary: Cirrus Insight has been a gamechanger for us in terms of sales. One salesperson with Cirrus Insight can get more done than 10 salespeople without it. Highly recommend it for any company that does sales outreach.
Positive: Cirrus Insight has been a huge tool for us to get our sales team working as efficiently and effectively as possible. It's extremely easy to get set up and starting using it. It's also easy to onboard and train new salespeople on how to use it. It's also great that it lets you leverage Salesforce very effectively without even having to log in to Salesforce, instead just using it directly in your email account like Gmail.
Negative: Every once in a while if someone has a weird Chrome extension installed, then it might hit a snag. Very rare though.
