Summary: Very satisfied with this product. Good value for the price. We have used it for a long time and plan to continue to use this is the foreseeable future.

Positive: It is easy to use and makes finding past information a breeze. It also provides good reporting. Easy to train others in its use.

Negative: I have no negative comments. Cannot think of any negative words to use.

Summary: I would definitely recommend this program. It has saved us hours and hours of reporting work. Works well with collaboration as well.

Positive: Great record keeping. We love the reports that we can run for our funders. Allows us to stop repeat services. Easy to use. Also love the we are able to create client account ID cards.

Negative: Goals and Measurements are not easy to use at all.

Summary: We have had a great experience implementing and using Charity Tracker. From the customer service to the pricing to the user experience, it's been a win all around.

Positive: Ease of use, ability to edit a lot of functionality on our own, friendly and quick customer service, always improving the platform, fair pricing.

Negative: Would be interested in more robust program evaluation tools.

Summary: Our church organization highly depends on the information. The more org who use it the better it is.

Positive: Great way for charitable org to get a better understand of people who are in need and pick out scammers.

Negative: Minor item, the client printout could be redesigned to use less paper.

Summary: Great tool! Critical to our business! We have to have this type of system to run our business efficiently.

Positive: CharityTracker is perfect for our non-profit. It allows us to keep good records, communicate with our board members easily and manage our entire giving platform. We would really struggle without it!

Negative: I wish it had a few extra features like event management, so that we could use it for even more things.

Summary: CharityTracker makes us able to do what we do as a church and charity organization! If it were not for this software, we would have no way of doing our benevolence funding efficiently. We utilize this in our office every single day and would be lost without it!

Negative: I really don't have any cons about this product. We use it with ease every single day.

Summary: We are very happy to pay for the CharityTracker Plus, it has streamlined and strengthened our ministry and aided in our mission.

Positive: It is an excellent resource within a wide area to assist families in need. I love the interface and goals section. The software is very user friendly, and makes it easy for me to train new staff. I love the visibility of the assistance given by various charities and how we can keep notes private that just pertain to our agency.

Negative: I tried using the new duplicate case section but I know there are duplicate cases that aren’t showing up in that search filter. So improvement is needed there but it is a new feature.

Summary: CharityTracker used on a daily basis. They are constantly adding features. It has grown as we grow.

Positive: Growing with us, works on our terms, custom reports, great customer service and very affordable! We have recommended to other nonprofits.

Negative: On a rare occasion we have had an issue, however, their tech team has been quick to resolve it.

Summary: As network administrator, I see how our partners tailor Charity Tracker to their needs. My charity uses more of the functions each year. The system is user friendly and flexible.

Positive: The charity which I co-direct has used Charity Tracker for eight years. Of course it is so helpful in spreading limited resources to know how a client has been helped by partner agencies. We have also been able to eliminate all paper trails while improving the sharing of information among our agents. We not only use the reports function for year-end numbers; we can customize a report to answer random questions.

Negative: While it is possible to scroll through history on the personal page to see when an income or expense figure was changed and by which agent, it would be helpful to have a historical snapshot of the income sources and expenses.

Summary: Charity Tracker is our "go to" data base for all of our clients and the individual services we provide in our community!

Positive: Can run reports specific to services provided, demographics, etc.
Able to write case notes to provide information regarding a client and their specific needs as well as services provided. Can also see other agencies that may be providing services for a client and can use as a referral.

Negative: Veteran status needs to have a "no" button if someone is not a veteran. Without it you are unable to tell if someone has been asked and answer is no.

Summary: Overall, I am very grateful for CharityTracker. We are a unique program and having a system that allows us to keep our notes updated, without spending thousands and thousands of dollars. Their support team is very quick to respond to questions or concerns. I would love to see an updated platform/UI, but otherwise it's a solid product that we have relied on through some really tough community crises'

Negative: - slow changes and updates; looks outdated
- some customization has to be requested through support, like archiving units that are no longer in use
- reports are not self-explanatory.

Summary: I would recommend CharityTracker to any small nonprofit starting out that needs a digital way to keep up with clients without breaking the bank to do it.

Positive: As a small nonprofit, CharityTracker helps us keep records without spending much of our already small budget.

Negative: The only negative or criticism I could give is that the report section could be a little more user friendly.
