Summary: Overall, my experience with GO Show has been fantastic. Positive: It is an easy to use and intuitive software. The ability to visualize website visitors is amazing. It provides us with valuable insights about our website visitor which has helped us make better decisions when it comes to our marketing strategies.

Negative: It does take some getting used to and learning how to use the platform, but it takes no time and after that it is very easy to use on a daily basis. The support that you have from their team is great. They will answer any questions that you may have.

Summary: We were getting a lot of visitors but experiencing no profit from it, having the possibility to identify these "anonymous" guests we have converted many deals, the door was there, we just needed a bit of help with opening it.

Positive: Very useful and helpful feature to have on hand, every business owner with a working website should at least try it.

Negative: You need to have relatively high traffic already. Besides that no major complaints.

Summary: We really needed a good quality platform that could help us with the website visitor tracking from our sites, and I don’t want to oversell it but their product GO Show has been the only one that has truly met our expectations. This tracker identifies our anonymous traffic, shows us exactly who’s visiting our website and allows us to target only quality leads! And last but not least, their attention to their customers is just prime service.

Positive: Love their products in general, we are also using some others and are absolutely content with the results. The team that has been taking care of our needs regarding this product, is amazing and are always there to solve any doubt we have.

Negative: So far, since we are new to this product we haven't really found some negative situations. However, it was a great investment. We will be keeping you on the loop as we continue to use it!

Positive: Phew! I don't know where to start. This is a product that will make your life so much easier. With just a few clicks you can set up web visitation ID and track your customers all in one place.

Negative: I can't think of anything as of now. I think the product offers a simple dashboard but that's not a bad thing. On the opposite it makes it super easy to use.

Summary: Go Show is an excellent product from Cience. I have never cared about how much I invest in something that will lift my company up, and overall when it comes to quality. I really don’t know how they did it but it shows a great deal of detail about the people visiting your website, it is very accurate and has helped us develop an updated ICP for our marketers, which has given us valuable quality leads. The way they work and put so much effort and detail into a project has really blown me away, as if it were their own!

Positive: Accurate data, quality leads, amongst many other qualities, and not to say the least: it enables you to track and visually identify your ideal customer profile. Could not ask for more.

Negative: Just as an observation, it would be great to have a brief training about the product even if we are getting the full service! Other than that... nothing more to add.

Summary: By making use of this I am not only more acquainted with the technological area but I also learn a lot about who visits our site and to whom we should be directing our marketing efforts. CIENCE’s team was never hesitant to help out with anything that we required during our journey with them. More than open to trying the Go Data option with them in the future, too.

Summary: An extremely granular precision with the Go Show tracking tool. This not only allowed us to have real-time tracking of who is visiting our web page but also gave us a better understanding of our main target audience. I am delighted with the service offered by CIENCE. A very interesting aspect is the fact that their whole process was easily integrated into our company’s needs, in the way that we could also have a great background of our analytics, from the most simple to the most complex.

Positive: High organization. Wide variety for us to dive into the different filters in order for us to obtain the knowledge desired. This, at the end, provoked more and more targeted leads for our SDR.

Negative: It's a little complex at the very start, but their partners will always be there for support and guidance.

Summary: Overall it is a 10/5 really, the tool lets you see who visited your website even if they didn't leave a visible footprint (scheduled meeting or filled out form, etc.)
So basically, this tool lets you add more leads to the pipeline that showed interest but are not inbound yet. Also, it facilitates the research of new opportunities as you already have a list of who you can investigate and reach out.

Positive: CIENCE GO Show has given me and my company the ability to see who's visiting our website in real-time. We've never seen anything like it, it gives us the contact info of prospects while at the same time selecting those that truly are aligned to our ICP. Ground-breaking!
