Summary: Apple Pay is a very useful wallet, it allows you to add a debit or credit card as well as it allows you to add a different gift card that can be used to pay for any type of online service, I have loved this payment method, since the commissions that Apple Pay charges because the transaction are quite low, in addition, this application does not charge additional commissions for storing various payment methods or gift cards within this wallet, which helps you to be able to store gift cards safely and without paying additional commissions. I really liked Apple Pay mainly because it allows me to safeguard my debit card information when paying at any type of physical place, I no longer have to use my physical card at each payment point, but simply by registering it within Apple Pay and bring my mobile phone closer to the payment point, the payment of my invoice will be made immediately thanks to my mobile phone, this is a modality that allows me to save all the financial information. Apple Pay has helped me a lot when paying for various products online, since the vast majority of pages currently accept Apple Pay as a payment method. Also, storing gift cards inside this wallet has been very safe for me, in I have never presented any type of loss of money from any of my gift card, this is fascinating, I really loved the experience obtained.

Positive: Apple Pay has been an incredible service to be able to manage each of the payments that I make every day, I really liked that this platform is capable of storing many ways of paying within this wallet, I really loved the fact of being able to store up to 10+ gift cards inside this wallet, I've also loved being able to store my debit and credit card inside this wallet as this makes it so much easier for me to pay for things inside my mobile phone or using my Apple Pay wallet on my computer. I also liked how easy it is to store a new payment method within this wallet, since the vast majority of gift cards that currently exist have a built-in button which allows you to add that gift card to your apple pay wallet just by pressing that button, this way to add gift card to my wallet helps me a lot, since i don't have to add them manually, just by pressing this button i can add it to my wallet. I also liked that this platform has an excellent payment system for stores, this system helps me to be able to pay with my mobile phone in any store or physical store, I can bring my mobile phone to any payment point and immediately the Apple Pay system will debit the corresponding amount from my debit card or debit a gift card when I'm paying in a store and I have a gift card from that store.

Negative: As I previously mentioned, I have loved the fact that I can add a gift card to my wallet automatically by simply pressing a button located on each virtual gift card, however, I have not liked that I cannot manually enter any type of card gift or any debit or credit card, to be able to add a debit or credit card I have to do it on this card with the camera of my mobile phone, this is a big negative since on some occasions the camera is capable of correctly detecting the digits on the card, and it would be great to be able to add gift cards and debit cards by typing them in manually, this is currently not possible within Apple Pay. Another of the negative characteristics of this application is the update of the status of each order that I have made with the participating businesses, on some occasions I have made several orders that have been registered within my Apple Pay wallet, however, on some occasions I have correctly received the order but when reviewing the status of this order in this application, it still appears as pending delivery, I consider that the status service of pending orders within Apple Pay must be optimized, since it currently does not work correctly, and even when there are many simultaneous orders within the Apple Pay wallet, the status takes much longer to update correctly.

Summary: Overall, Apple Pay is a simple payment method accepted by multiple platforms and vendors. It makes the payments simple and hassle-free.

Positive: 1. It seamlessly integrated with other shopping and ecommerce applications.
2. It can also be used via Apple Watch.
3. The application is user-friendly and makes the payment process hassle-free.
4. It allows adding multiple debit and credit cards at once.

Negative: 1. The application is flawless and everything works up to the mark.

Summary: I would love to see this more heavily implemented. But the worlds economy is topsy turvy half the time anyway. But at least we can go to the store without worrying who has the grocery card!

Positive: I absolutely love that my fiance and I can have the same card on both of our accounts and neither of us have to have the card on us. Grocery shopping just got so much easier!

Negative: It's not accepted everywhere. Only places with it set up can use this. I am hoping this becomes more widespread.

Summary: Overall, Apple Pay lets the user do online payments quickly and seamlessly. It is widely accepted by almost every shopping sites and outlets.

- The dashboard of the application is intuitive and displays all the important tools and features.
- The payments are secured, and it is easy to get refund in case of transaction failures.
- It can be used seamlessly through iPhone or Apple Watch.

Negative: - The application and services is only limited to the iPhones.

Summary: The overall experience is amazing, so easy to set up on the apple devise and then go around and make purchase, this really makes a lot of use now a days when a lot of stores have got the payment through tap. Verification is done again when making a payment which assures that it is safe and could be only used by the owner of the device.

Positive: Apple is by far the best out there in the market in terms of safety and the easiness to make payment using the apple devices. All we have to do is Just add the card to the Apple Pay and ones confirmed, it is all said and done. Just head to the store and when making payment, just select the Apple Pay from the device and then select the card and one's Apple device verifies the user, the payment is confirmed. That’s all. Quick and easy.

Negative: Apple Pay is one of the best and there is nothing to point against the Apple Pay.

Summary: Amazing everyone should have Apple Pay set up on their phone and watch for quicker payments.

Positive: I like Apple Pay as I always have my phone on me so it’s very convenient especially if I forget my card.

Negative: Nothing I don’t like about it. It’s so easy to pay by this method and still very safe as it requires Face ID or pin.

Summary: Running errands and being out is such an easier experience to have the option of paying with my phone. Great resource!

Positive: Once it was set up it has been my main mode of payment. This feature has saved me in many situations when my card wasn't easily accessible.

Negative: Could be nice if it were easier to share card information with spouse or other verified users easier through Apple Pay.

Negative: - The only downside it that it is not available for android smartphones.

Summary: This is the best virtual wallet ever created. Being able to use FACEID to use my card changed the game forever.

Positive: Apple Pay allows me to leave the house without my wallet and not be worried about not being able to pay at a register. I can always have my identification and card on hand saves my life.

Negative: There is not one thing this software doesn't do that it can now. With IOS15 this software will be pretty much perfect.

Negative: The only con would be not knowing which places do and don't accept Apple Pay.

Negative: - There is no such cons of Apple pay but one thing I have faced as a customer is that the renewal process is a bit hectic and time-consuming.

Positive: Apple Pay is one of the best and smooth contactless payment solution and charge minimal fees as compared to other such solutions. It is growing at rapid speed but still availability of Apple Pay as payment option is not so great as compared to PayPal.

Negative: There is a lot of expansions and on boarding of national and international stores as payment option is required at faster pace.

Summary: Overall, Apple Pay is a fast and responsive app for payments. You can make payments in just clicks. You get maximum security of your money and account. The drawback is that not all stores apple pay.

Positive: -The best thing about apple pay is that the ease of payment you get. You can pay with your iPhone as well as with your apple watch with just a click.

Negative: -You might face difficulty adding multiple cards to your apple pay.
-Not every store accepts apple pay, so it gets limited in places.

Positive: -It is effortless to use. You can link your debit cards in just minutes and start paying.

Negative: -Sometimes, the amount gets debited from your account and does not get credited on the receiver's end. Other than that, I haven't found any other con in Apple Pay.

Summary: Overall this is great to incorporate into your business. If you have any hesitations just do it. This is the way the industry is moving.

Positive: I implemented this on my card reader and more people than I thought use this feature. It is very convenient because everyone has their phone on them but some people leave their card in the car.

Negative: I really do not have any complaints when it comes to this software.
