Windows->Linux Porting Tools?

"I'm looking to do unofficial ports of some of my company's applications to Linux in the hopes that I can then drum up demand, and get them officially released. My problem is this: the company's current strategy is to code for NT and then cross-compile for Unix using third-party porting tools such as those available from Bristol or MainWin, but neither of these support Linux, or any x86 Unix for that matter. I do know that Wine and Willows TWIN have open source Win->Unix porting libraries, but I don't think they support everything the company's products need...
